Transportation Environmental Study Report

This study followed the planning process for a Group 'A' project under the Class Environmental Assessment for Provincial Transportation Facilities. Opportunities for public input were provided throughout the course of the project. A Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) has been prepared for this project and provides information on the environmental effects and the process that has been followed leading to the selection of the Recommended Plan.
